Master Lam is a fully accomplished practitioner of the art of Zhan Zhuang. He is a disciple of Professor Yu Yong Nian, the world's leading authority on this system.

Master Lam has been teaching Zhan Zhuang internationally since 1987 and is even more widely known for his books and TV series (now on video) which brought this remarkable system to millions in countries all over the world.

You can study directly under Master Lam, both at his Association in London and at workshops that he gives outside the United Kingdom throughout the year.
