homeThe Practice

The practice tradition of Master Lam comes from a long and distinguished  heritage of natural health care.  He does not use invasive techniques like surgery or acupuncture.  Instead, depending on the diagnosis he uses a variety of herbal and other treatments to promote and strengthen the body’s capacity for healing.  The carefully tested techniques, based on generations of study, have often succeeded where others have failed.  Master Lam is a practitioner of multiple disciplines with Dit Da as his speciality.

His treatments are designed to help people requiring both immediate and long-term treatment and support.  For example, Master Lam treats those suffering from whiplash, major joint dislocations, fractures and sports injuries.  Regularly, he helps people with back pain, sciatica and rheumatoid arthritis.

Among the many internal disorders that Master Lam treats are various “allergies”, anxiety attacks, depression, blood pressure (high and low), digestive problems, chest inflections, incontinence, insomnia, migraines, oedema and other menstrual difficulties, rashes and ulcers.

His clientèle is drawn not only from the Chinese community, but also from a growing number of individuals throughout the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe who come to him for private treatment – often after they have exhausted the possibilities offered by conventional medicine.

Those who have come for treatment cover the entire age spectrum and have included those seeking supportive care for conditions ranging from asthma and muscle wastage through to certain types of cancer.

The combination of herbal applications (to reduce pain, inflammation and internal bleeding), physical manipulation (to realign bones and joints) and specialized exercise (to reactivate the nerves and muscles and correct posture) can be profoundly beneficial.
