Zhan Zhuang Chi Kung
with Master Lam Kam-Chuen A day learning, A lifetime benefiting |
Chi Kung is a soft, internal health-exercise system from ancient China.
In the West, people see fitness as one's physical dexterity and capabilities. However, is this necessary true? In China, we see fitness as one's strength in his own health. An elderly may not be in his or her athletical prime but he or she can be healthier than many youngsters. One's own fitness can be viewed instead in one's own state of health and longevity.
Chi Kung is an ancient art that has been passed down in China for centuries. It aims to improve the human fitness not by strenuous athletical training but by subtle and serene strengthening of their immune system. Consequently, this art is suitable for all ages and all level of fitness.
The workshops will be conducted by Master Lam himself, a genuine authority in the art of Chi Kung. Through the workshops, you will not only gain a basic understanding of what Chi Kung really is but also some trainings which you can take back home to practise with.
If you are interested in improving your general health or enhancing your
immune system then this workshop is highly recommended.
